Shot in 7 countries between 2014 and 2018, 'Plethora' is made up of different series that touch on topics such as housing, means of transportation, violence and leisure. The emphasis of the project is on the individual's experience of proximity and commonality with the masses. Literally alone or among many, how us as individuals can get lost among the masses.
Located in the village of Daying in the province of Sichuan (Chengdu), the Dead Sea swimming pool is considered the largest of its kind in China, accommodating up to 10,000 people at a time and with more than 1 million visitors in the summer.
